Our team is growing, and we are seeking a full-time property manager (experience will be a bonus but not essential) to join our exclusive, dynamic, fun & energetic team to share our passion for property and delivering more to our clients.
Experienced or not, we don't mind. You just need to have a genuine interest & commitment to a career in property management & be a positive and outgoing team member ready to share your experience or be ready to learn from the best.
Responsibilities
With lots of variety in your day, you will have the opportunity to:
* Continue to nurture and maximise existing client relationships.
* Manage end to end portfolio-based managements
* Be responsible for advising and supporting your clients' investment
* Participate in all training and development opportunities

Requirements
* Possessing the following attitude, attributes and skills will be integral to this position:
* A current QLD Real Estate Certificate/Licence.
* Current QLD Drivers Licence
* Exceptional organisation, time management and monitoring skills
* First class communication (both written and verbal)
* Positive attitude + first class customer service comes naturally to you
The successful candidate for this position will have a background in Property Management with proven experience in running a solution focused end to end portfolio OR show a strong & genuine interest and commitment to becoming a property manager.
This is a long-term, stable role for someone who wants to be part of a small agency making a big impact.
