In this role, you'll:
As a Trainee, you'll play a vital role as an ambassador for Sydney Trains, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of thousands of passengers. Your responsibilities include managing safety issues, overseeing smooth train operations, providing public announcements, and delivering excellent customer service. Throughout the program you will undergo comprehensive training to master all aspects of the Train Guard role, from assisting passengers during boarding, dispatching trains, maintaining onboard security, to ensuring safety on the platform.
