About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/Transitional Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Dubbo.

As a Nurse Practitioner/Transitional Nurse Practitioner, you will have the ability to manage a broad range of acute and chronic presentations, including receiving and making referrals to facilitate integrated care across disciplines or teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic reasoning skills, a holistic approach to care, and the ability to engage multidisciplinary teams and patients in their care planning.
Key responsibilities include providing drug and alcohol clinician liaison services in the Emergency Department and across the Dubbo and Regions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of the Mental Health Drug & Alcohol service.
