Your New Role
We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team on a full time basis located in our Brisbane Airport office.
Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Maintain business with assigned national accounts, lead in business and performance reviews, identify service issues and allocate the right resource for improvement, demonstrate detailed service to meet the requirements of customers
* Generate new sales opportunities from existing customers, achieve yearly growth target of strategic accounts
* Follow the tender management process, conduct competition environment analysis and negotiation strategy in alignment with products
* Manage AR process, including due date and credit limitations
* For key accounts in own book of business: Prepare, execute, monitor and continuously improve account strategies/development plans/business plans
* Conduct sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes and prepare corresponding reports on account status
* Deliver personal sales plan in CRM and Corporate Planner
* Adhere with and execute sales strategy and sales as provided by global/regional/country sales leadership
* Drive and support Products regarding individual product design for customers
* Generate tender leads and support timely delivery of compelling and value generating proposals
* Identify and convert sales opportunities in collaboration with Products
Customer service is crucial in this role which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to customer needs.
What You Need
We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:
* 5 Years Experience in similar role within the industry
* Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities
* Freight Forwarding & Logistics experience highly desirable
* Amazing communication skills, both written and verbal
* High attention to details
Your professional presentation and communication skills, along with true passion for providing exceptional customer experiences will play a major role in achieving success, both professionally and personally.
