Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working with a leading local employer with a national presence to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting into the Finance Director, the successful candidate will have previous experience working as part of a small yet busy finance team within a fast paced commercial working environment.
Responsibilities
* Purchase ledger processing including reconciling supplier statements.
* Resolving invoice queries on a daily basis.
* Daily use of Sage and Microsoft Excel.
* General administration including handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing and maintenance of the integrity of the CRM system.
* Processing payments on a daily basis and collating payment runs.
* General accounts administration and support during the month end close.
