The Role
* Shake up the innovative Italian inspired cocktails on our list, and of course know all the classics.
* Have your own input into our weekly cocktail specials
* Recommend and serve wines from our extensive list of Australian and Italian wines, including special wines from Matt's cellar
* Make a variety of espresso coffees â latte art a big plus
* 18 hours per week must be available on Friday and Saturday night
About You
* 6 month's+ experience in a busy high end cocktail bar
* Barista experience is ideal
* A passion for making innovative cocktails
* Good knowledge of local and Italian wines â additional training available
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Well presented with excellent inter-personal skills
* A passion for the hospitality industry
* Valid RSA (competency card)
* Valid Australian Working Rights
