This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in a support role or new to the industry but passionate about IT, seeking to develop their skills further.
Where you'll work:
Working mostly from home after an initial training and onboarding period or in our office in Balwyn North. On-site client visits will be required from time to time.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for:
* Providing first-line technical support via phone, email, or remote access. Ticketing system triage and monitoring
* Troubleshooting and resolving common IT issues on Windows desktops, MacOS, Office 365, and basic network devices.
* Assisting with new system setups, maintenance, and projects.
* Creating and maintaining client documentation and processes.
* Attending client sites for further troubleshooting and installations when needed.
* Contributing to internal IT projects and system improvements.

Skills and Experience:
* 1-2 years of IT experience supporting end-users or in a similar role.
* Good troubleshooting skills with Window, Mac OS, servers, and networks.
* Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and active directory management.
* Basic understanding of network protocols like TCP/IP DHCP and DNS.
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and service management tools.
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Explain technical issues calmly and clearly and write up documentation
* A valid driver's license.
* Patience, organised, methodical and a proactive attitude.

* Experience with managing Azure AD, Intune and security tools
* Knowledge of networking hardware (firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi).
* Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) knowledge.
* Familiarity with DNS, domain registration, and certificate management.
* Experience documenting technical procedures and solutions.
