About the Role:
This is a newly created Finance Business Partner position within a large, complex Not for Profit organisation undergoing continued growth and transformation.
Reporting into a highly experienced finance leadership team, you will work closely with C-suite and senior operational leaders to lift commercial capability and improve how financial information is used to drive decisions.
The organisation is shifting towards a more forward-looking, performance focused model and this role will sit at the centre of that change.
You will be responsible for deep financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and modelling, while also spending time with leaders across the business to challenge assumptions, influence outcomes and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with executive and operational leaders, providing clear, commercially focused financial advice
* Deliver high quality management reporting and insights across multiple entities
* Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
* Build financial models to support investment decisions, projects and business cases
* Analyse performance trends and translate data into practical recommendations
* Improve financial literacy across the business and support data driven decision making
About You:
* Degree qualified in accounting or a related discipline, with a recognised accounting qualification strongly preferred
* Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting and business partnering roles
* Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability
* Able to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
* Comfortable operating in complex, multi-entity or regulated environments
* Not for Profit experience is advantageous but not essential
