Financial Operations Specialist
Our organisation is committed to making a positive impact in the community. We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to oversee accounting and financial support for our region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support volunteer sub-centres with financial governance and training
* Prepare budgets and forecasts, analyse trends and discuss outcomes
* Manage month-end process, including preparation of journals and variance analysis
* Oversee Regional Finance Officer
* Provide ad-hoc analysis and project support to the Regional Team and Senior Management Accountant
Requirements:
* Able to work effectively with volunteers
* Strong prioritisation and time management skills
* High degree of attention to detail
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
* 2 years' experience in a similar role
* CA/CPA (desirable but not essential)
* Driver's licence
