Own a portfolio of 50 clients, with turnover ranging up to $150M (most between $2M and $3M). Deliver compliance reviews and produce high‑quality tax work. Provide advisory services, including valuations and due diligence. Mentor, develop, and support an already strong team. Drive quality, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to continued growth within the firm. About You
4–5+ years into a public practice career. Strong in tax and compliance, with solid client‑communication skills. Proactive, commercial thinker who wants to contribute meaningfully to the business. Motivated by progression, responsibility, and being part of a stable, well‑run team.
