We are offering a permanent role of Customer Service Officer at our Bunbury Branch.
The position involves providing reception and administrative support for programs delivered at the branch. Currently, this role involves supporting counselling clients as well as individuals enrolling in educational groups.
It is a two-day-per-week position, with hours on Wednesday from 11:00am to 7:00pm and Thursday from 8:45am to 5:00pm.
Training and support in the administrative software will be provided.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrated experience working in an administrative and/or reception role within a similar environment.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing work tasks.
Ability to work independently when required plus work well in a team environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a broad range of people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
Advanced and accurate computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in a clinical environment.
