Store Manager – Mount Ommaney
Utilise your strong optical practice management experience to develop, coach and mentor the store team, working closely with the optometrist to ensure our customers receive the right optical solutions and world‐class service.
Use your passion for style, attention to detail and commercial mindset to expand our loyal customer base, build the business and achieve set KPIs and revenue targets.
The Skills & Experience We Seek
* At least 3 years of retail management experience, ideally in an optical or allied health setting.
* Demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness and build brand loyalty.
* Strong relationship‐building skills across the organisation and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
* Excellent communication skills and impeccable personal presentation.

Pay
$65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Experience Required
* Optical: 1 year (preferred).
* Retail management: 1 year (preferred).
Work Authorisation
Australia (preferred).
