Red Chair Cafe, located in Subiaco, is a decade old business known for its consistently delicious and exceptionally high-quality food. For the past ten years, we have been awarded as one of the most popular cafes serving the finest Vietnamese and Malaysian dishes in Perth in various print and digital media.
We operate a limited and unique menu that our customers love, making our operations very easy and straightforward. We are a very busy restaurant/cafe business and are always looking for energetic and dedicated people to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Barista and Front of House Duties
- Overseeing daily café operations to ensure smooth service and optimal customer experience.
- Managing inventory by keeping track of stock & supplies.
- Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints & queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting with local marketing efforts, including social media, promotions, and in-store displays to attract customers.
- Resolving conflicts or issues between staff members.
- Conducting regular cleaning and maintenance checks of the café and kitchen equipment.
- Reporting to management on the day to day, customer feedback, staff performance, and any issues within the venue.
The right person will
- Have a positive, professional can-do attitude at all times
- Be friendly, humble and always customer focused
- At least 2 years cafe/restaurant experience is essential
- We have both full-time and casual positions available for the right candidates.
