Store Manager Role
As a Store Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a customer-focused, efficient, and cost-effective store environment. You will maintain high operational standards, train and coach team members, and create a pleasant atmosphere for customers and employees.
* Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
* Motivate team members to meet sales objectives through training and mentoring
* E nsure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Monitor inventory levels and order new items
* Hire, train, develop, and oversee new staff
* Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
* Drive customer service excellence, address queries and complaints professionally
The successful candidate will possess:
