Registered Nurse - Home Care, Casual Pool About the roleTo support our growing clientele and service our consumers, ARRCS Home Care are currently sourcing a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join them on a casual basis. Employment will see you join our Home Care 'Casual Pool' where you will be contacted on an ad hoc basis when there are vacant shifts. This employment will not guarantee you shifts or hours per roster.This role attracts an hourly rate of $44.21 - $46.43 / hour + 25% casual loading (depending on skills and experience).As a Home Care Registered Nurse, you will regularly travel to our consumers residence to provide care. In addition, as a qualified member of the team, you will assist the provision of medication and when required providing clinical advice and support to our less experienced personal care workers to achieve people focused quality care in accordance with the ARRCS mission.This role will ideally suit an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys working autonomously with minimal supervision. You will be in a position where you are able to confirm ad hoc shifts and enjoy being in a nursing role where you travel to people's homes, support their independent whilst interacting with them and their families.
