Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Manager to join our team in Australia and support our customers the region. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives. Key duties include conducting market research, managing co-marketing programs with partners, and overseeing end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Manage marketing materials.
2. Market Research: Conduct research to identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and assess the viability of products and services. Monitor competitors' marketing activities.
3. Relationship Management: Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
4. Co-Marketing management: Work with distribution partners, local marketing partners and installers/EPC to develop co-marketing programs. Draft and review co-marketing campaign proposal including contents, cost, KPI and expected outcome.
5. Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, print). Organize and manage trade shows, road shows a long with other types of marketing event. Manage the leads generated.
6. Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize results and ROI.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., sales, product management, customer support) to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
Requirements
1. Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
2. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
3. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
4. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Awards campaigns numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers.
5. A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
6. BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
