Your role
The Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) is designed to help you grow faster at the Early Career stage. Get ready to handle important projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work with stakeholders globally.
* Provide technical support to the assigned country's sales community by bringing specific product and application knowledge to help understand customer design, configure & put Schneider products in the customer specifications, convert an existing specification, and close a deal.
* Provide Pre-sales support on Schneider Electric (SE). Solutions. Software knowledge will be an added advantage to internal and external customers.
* Present technical features of SE solutions through customer visits/demonstrations and product training sessions.
* Pipeline creation for protection relays and digital power solutions and delivering annual order & sales targets through all SE channel partners.
* Support the presales community to drive prescription activities and provide technical experience on advanced protection topics.
* Animate the salespeople by leveraging technical knowledge and ability to reach targets as well as pipeline creation.
* Seek and develop new channel partners promoting protection relays and substations.
About you
Qualifications to be successful:
* Must be a recent graduate or graduating within the next 6 months with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronics, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
* No work experience is preferred but recent graduates with less than 12 months of work experience are welcome to apply.
* Good academic standing.
* Leadership experience in organizations – an advantage.
* A strong interest in Schneider Electric's mission to provide energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability.
* Strong customer focus – willing to develop negotiation and influencing skills.
* Agile mindset and thirst for knowledge, willingness to unlearn and relearn.
* Consciously adopts best practices and applies performance tuning.
* Strong problem solver, able to investigate and resolve issues independently.
* Successful candidates will be assigned to BGC, Taguig

Training & development
During the 24 months with SE, you may go through a Structured Rotational track or Specialized track, under different functions. It will allow you to learn different businesses or functions within Schneider Electric, through a series of accelerated induction and programs.
