About the Role
Candidates with the relevant Admin or PA experience from outside of legal are encouraged to apply.
1. Providing secretarial support to 2 Partners
2. Managing the authors diaries and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
3. Assisting with billing and invoicing, including time recording and tracking expenses.
4. Building relationships with clients
5. Some Marketing duties
6. Performing other administrative tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
7. Minimum of 2 years of relevant admin/PA experience
8. Professional presentation
9. Advanced Microsoft Office and typing skills
10. Advanced organisational and communication skills
11. Ability to prioritise effectively to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
12. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
