**You are an important part of our journey**

As the Sales & Operations Coordinator, you will be joining a team of passionate individuals who help support and drive the growth of the organisation.

Working closely with the **General Manager of Frontline Recruitment Group**, you will be the first point of contact for all daily operational support for our franchisees. You will also play a key role in managing a number of short term and re-occurring projects.

**Manage your day**
- Key relationship holder for internal/external key vendors and stakeholders
- In depth understanding of all systems and administration procedures to adequately respond to enquiries.
- Regular data analysis and ad hoc reporting
- Project coordination
- Meeting and Event Coordination (virtual and live events)
- General office administration

- Ability to collate and analyse data
- Exposure to event management
- Intermediate - proficient MS Office 365 skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

**Desirables**
- Exposure to the **recruitment** industry and/or the **franchising** sector is highly regarded
- Experience supporting a senior leadership team
- Previous experience within a fast-paced office environment in a similar role
