Job Description
HORT PLAN PTY LTD is seeking a skilled Landscape Gardener to join our team. Hort Plan Pty Ltd is an established horticultural and landscape services company delivering high quality landscape construction, maintenance, and horticultural solutions to the Perth metropolitan area and Western Australian countryside. We work across a range of commercial, residential, and public-sector projects.

Responsibilities
* Involvement with planning and implementing garden plans and constructing commercial and public gardens and landscapes
* Constructing and maintaining hardscape features including paved areas, pathways, walls, fences, pergolas, and garden furniture
* Preparing seed beds and growing sites for planting of softscapes such as trees, bushes, hedges, shrubs, flowers and bulbs
* Preparing lawn areas by spreading topsoil for planting grass and laying instant turf
* Installation, testing and maintaining complex and remote monitored irrigation systems
* Managing general garden maintenance tasks including planting new plants, replanting, pruning, mulching, hedge trimming, edging, mowing, fertilising, weeding, pest and diseases control
* Carry out propagation and planting of various trees, bushes, hedges, flowers and bulbs
* Maintenance of trees to recognized arboreal standards using mechanical equipment and hand equipment
* Operate and maintain landscape equipment including mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Landscape Gardener for a minimum of one year
* Knowledge of plants, trees, and gardening techniques
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Mandatory requirement of Certificate III in Landscape Construction

Salary: $76,500 – $77,000
