About The Role
RMK Precast have a full-time position available for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Unanderra. The main duty of the position is to carry out all supervision of the production facility, products and staff.
Day To Day Responsibilities
* General administration duties related to production plant, safety and quality records
* Overseeing all production staff & quality inspectors
* Administering, monitoring, manufacturing & quality processes
* Managing facility productivity and safety compliance
* Managing maintaining equipment and routine inspections with contractors
* Managing maintenance of facility amenities and services
* Liaising with client and stakeholder inspections
* Collaborating with management and project teams on deadlines and milestones
* Assisting management with feedback and reporting on the production plant performances
* Preparing stock/supply lists for the procurement team
About You
To be successful in this role as Production Supervisor you will possess the following:
* Demonstrate strong manufacture process experience
* Experience with Precast Concrete
* Prioritise their workload and competing priorities effectively
* Demonstrate ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team
* A high level of attention to detail and well-developed organisational skills
* Embrace challenges with a can-do attitude
* Quality Driven
Minimum Experience/Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' experience in precast or manufacturing industry.
* Experience with Rigging and Gantry Cranes (Preferred - Not Essential)
* First Aid Trained
