Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio and expand our client base, identify new market opportunities, and drive growth in our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong network and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio with a junior personal assistant
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide business strategy.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement growth initiatives.
* Achieve growth and revenue targets through effective lead generation and client management.
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the real estate department.
* Set and monitor department goals, budgets, and performance metrics.
* Supervise team members, provide coaching, and ensure high productivity.
* Coordinate with senior management to align department objectives with company strategy.
* Oversee project timelines, contracts, and compliance with regulatory standards.
* Develop and implement process improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Agents Representative Certificate.
* Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in real estate.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
