About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to administer and configure our Department's payroll, recruitment, and learning management system. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting self-service payroll, learning, and recruitment systems, as well as comparing reports, reconciling accounts, and processing fortnightly payroll. You will execute daily user and systems administration tasks, respond to queries, and generate reports using SQL. Additionally, you will manage requests, incidents, and changes, perform testing and defect management for system updates, and grant access to systems. Your role will also involve creating and distributing reports, ensuring effective communication with customers and stakeholders, and maintaining system integrity and user access.
