Neil Mansell Transport - Perth is a large provider of freight services from Perth to the Northwest communities, Broome through to Darwin, Brisbane and Adelaide. Broome is our largest regional depot in the Norwest.
We are currently seeking a full time Administration Supervisor/Team Leader for Broome administration, data entry team.
As a supervisor you will actively participate in the day-to-day general tasks required of the team, leading them in their duties. You will work closely with the Depot Manager, assisting with the onboarding of new staff, keeping driver records, fuel report and main point of contact for Agencies. Forwarding all depot purchase information and requirements to the WA head office in Perth. You will report to and be guided by the Office Manager located in Perth.
Predominant Duties
1. Data entry of consignment notes
2. Local fleet allocation for pickups
* Manifesting - local and linehaul
* Load document preparation
* Pickup bookings entry-received by phone and email
* Customer Service phone/email lead escalations
* General admin duties, scanning filing etc as required
Requirements
Team player, leading the team in working together harmoniously
Good communication skills working with a diverse range of people
Able to multitask and prioritise, overseeing depot requirements
Understanding of transported items advantageous but not essential
Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Hours will be a minimum 7.00am to 4.00pm, requiring some overtime. A competitive rate based on experience. Free onsite parking is provided, weekly pay and a good team environment.
