Your Key Responsibilities
* You'll sell products to customers to meet sales quotas.
* You'll promote and sell Stryker's Trauma & Extremities portfolio products to meet customer needs.
* You'll conduct product evaluations in operating theatre and office settings, demonstrating the value of our products.
* You'll plan your territory, track progress, and proactively communicate with the National Sales Manager.
* You'll solve product problems using product knowledge and quick thinking.
* You'll educate healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
* You'll manage and maintain your territory's product life-cycle.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* More than 2 years direct sales experience of medical devices within the Australian market.
* Full working rights in Australia (sponsorship is not an option).
* A previous track record of exceptional performance and promotion.
* Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
* A commitment to quality and passion for exceeding customer expectations.
* A drive to succeed combined with a love of the 'thrill of the chase'.
