Job Description:
We are seeking a Disability Support Educator to join our team. This role is responsible for contributing to the development, presentation, and evaluation of program activities and experiences that reflect the interests and needs of individual clients.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with and actively participate in supporting clients to work towards reaching their individual NDIS goals and aspirations.
You will be reliable and professional, connecting with clients and other stakeholders on an individual or small group basis, understanding their needs, and creating an environment that enhances learning and significantly improves the lives of vulnerable people in our community.
Our team presents group and centre-based programs that incorporate community engagement, focusing on person-centred approaches and values-driven practices.
