We wanted to make you aware of a really exciting, newly created permanent opportunity located around Perth and South of the River in the Success area. There will be some clients in your caseload located around the Perth area, so you will need to feel comfortable with the travel. Our client employs over 120 staff nationally and they have 20 AHPRA Board Approved Supervisors along with many Clinical Psychologists, so they have plenty of clinical support to always assist you through your clinical journey.

The Position:
We are now looking for either an experienced Registered Psychologist or a Provisional Psychologist (who has at least 12 months clinical experience). If you live South of the River near Success or around Perth and are happy to travel, that will be highly advantageous.
This position offers a lot of variety along with a very interesting caseload where you will grow clinically. The successful candidate will be given an opportunity to participate in improving other people's lives by delivering person-centred services, working with a range of clients (across the age span) with various needs (from short-term involvement, to complex, long-term needs).
This will involve, but is not limited to:
* Conducting a range of psychological assessments of a client's presenting issues and support needs, and identifying appropriate supports, interventions and service models
* Preparing, writing and delivering Psychological and other specific assessment reports
* Providing client-centred therapy and direct treatments
* Providing behaviour support for children and adults with complex disability and psycho-social support needs, complex mental health issues, and trauma based presentations
* Working with a multidisciplinary team to optimise outcomes.
* KPI - 4.5/5 billable hours a day and this will be phased in gradually
What we're looking for:
* Tertiary qualification in Psychology
* Must be AHPRA Registered as a Registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist
* Experience in working with NDIS clients in a community-based setting along with range of other referring agencies such as Dept of Families, Education, DCP, Prison Service and more will be helpful
* Supporting people with intellectual disabilities, mental health issues and / or experiences of trauma who have complex needs
* Highly Desirable Experience in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other neurodiverse populations will be highly regarded
* A current valid driver's licence and your own vehicle
* Familiar using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT & DBT or willing to learn
* A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willing to obtain these

* Salary: $90k-$110k + super depending on experience
* $12,000 extra paid as a Travel Allowance which you will receive monthly
* All primary and secondary supervision is provided by our client and is free of charge to you where you are a provisional, registered or clinical psychologist
* Hybrid role with lots of support - provide you with the resources to be able to work from home where possible to reduce fatigue
* Will consider both Registered and Provisional Psychologists
