About the Role
This is a floating position covering several key sites across Huddersfield, Doncaster, Hull, and Scarborough. You'll play a crucial role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and representing the brand to the highest standard.
* Act as the face of the business across multiple developments
* Manage the full sales journey from enquiry through to completion
* Build strong rapport with prospective buyers and provide expert guidance
* Deliver consistently high customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with company procedures
* Support with development launches, marketing events, and site presentations
About You
We're looking for a proactive and target-driven individual with previous new homes sales experience. The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities
* A full UK driving licence
