In this role, you will provide direct and comprehensive nursing services, including case management, education, counselling, and group work, to support the health and recovery of mental health consumers. In this predominantly clinical role, you will provide expert care while supporting the development of less experienced staff and ensuring the safe delegation of tasks. With your consolidated experience and commitment to best practice, you'll play a key part in advancing patient outcomes and team capability.
