About the opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Infrastructure Services team based at Hendra.
As an Administration Officer at CV, you'll play a key role in keeping projects, people, and processes on track.
This is a varied role where you'll combine project support, financial administration, compliance, and stakeholder management.
Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting Project Managers with documentation, forecasting, claims processes, and maintaining accurate contract and compliance records.
Managing shared inboxes, registers, records, and reporting requirements while keeping project data accurate and audit ready.
Processing timesheets and assisting with payroll queries, uniforms, and employee administration.
Handling accounts receivable, invoicing, claims, accounts payable approval queries, plus setting up and managing suppliers, subcontractors, and approvals.
Supporting project reviews with insights, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and looking for smarter ways to work.
