Financial Leadership Opportunity
A senior finance manager is required to lead the financial operations of a health board. The successful candidate will have a strong technical foundation, leadership potential, and experience in financial management.
The role involves maintaining the financial management information system, leading the development and refinement of financial systems, processes, and procedures, and managing end-to-end operations of the finance team.
Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate reporting and compliance, preparing accurate and insightful monthly reports and financial analyses, and partnering with program managers to connect operational activity to financial performance.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in accounting or finance, CA or CPA accreditation desirable
* Experience: 5+ years in financial management and proven team leadership
* Background: Not-for-profit, NGO, or complex program funding environments
