Overview
Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting. The Global Markets team represents the group of all client and market facing roles at Infosys, including Sales, Client Services, Practice Sales, Alliances and Marketing. The role focuses on Data & Analytics clients across a portfolio of accounts, working with segment and account leadership to build and deliver account plans.
Location – Sydney/Melbourne, Australia.
Role Description
This role is responsible for all Data & Analytics clients for the portfolio – IT and Business. Collaborate with segment and account leadership to build and deliver account plans.
Responsibilities
* Manage Data & Analytics clients across the assigned portfolio (IT and Business).
* Collaborate with segment and account leadership to build and deliver account plans.
* Typically handle multiple accounts with P&L of $60MM+.
* Client relationship management and business development for Chief Data Officer or Chief Digital Officer organizations; grow the portfolio by 25-30% YoY; own the opportunity management cycle (Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close).
* Go-to-market: develop a strong GTM with contextualized offerings and partnerships; plan and execute campaigns for pipeline creation.
* Delivery assurance: coordinate with delivery stakeholders to fulfill client commitments.
* Account planning and governance: create the account plan including required relationships, opportunities, pricing decisions, etc.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
* Significant business development and sales experience in Data/Analytics/AI.
* Experience with Data on Cloud Sales.
* Track record of interacting with and building relationships with C-level client contacts.
* Hands-on experience with Data/Analytics proposal creation and leading Data/Analytics presentations and workshops for deals.
* Experience in building business cases and using them for business value articulation and negotiations.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
* Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
