Overview
Gaming Attendant role at The Wests Group Australia. Casual opportunity within our Bar and Gaming team at the Wests Mayfield site, located on Industrial Drive. Wests Gaming and Beverage operations provide quality service to our members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly customer service
- Gaming machine service
- Drink orders and delivery to machines
- Preparation and service of beverages
- Reset and payout jackpot wins
- Operation of Tab and Keno terminals
- Cleaning of work station and equipment
- Operation of tills and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness of amenities and public areas
- Assist members and guests with club enquiries
- Collect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaning
Availability
This position will require availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday. Shifts are rostered from the evening through to early hours of the morning to support peak periods.
Certifications
Certifications required: RSA, RCG
