The Role
Reporting to the Board and working closely with senior leadership, this role leads the Group's finance, compliance and governance functions. You will own finance, tax, treasury and risk across a complex investment structure, with a strong focus on real estate and asset management, and play a key role in shaping capital allocation, driving growth and building long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all finance, accounting, reporting, control and governance functions across the Group
* Partner with Management on capital allocation, liquidity planning and long-term financial strategy
* Oversee investment and development financial modelling, feasibilities, IRR/NPV analysis and asset performance
* Own Group reporting, budgets, forecasts, cashflow management and variance analysis across all entities
* Oversee tax, structuring and statutory compliance in conjunction with external advisers
* Lead treasury, banking relationships, debt facilities, funding and cash management
* Own risk management, insurance, AFSL compliance and Board reporting obligations
Skills & Experience
* CA/CPA qualified.
* Proven track record in financial governance, group reporting, controls and executive-level leadership
* Strong technical accounting capability across complex group and investment structures
* Experience in company secretarial, compliance or governance functions
* Commercial, strategic thinker who can operate at both Board and hands-on level
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
