The Role
As our Technical Sales Engineer, you'll play a key role in securing our current customer base in critical market segments, identifying opportunities, winning new work, and building long-term partnerships that expand and secure Hi-tech Tooling's position nationally.
You will
* Establish and grow relationships and services with current customer base, nationally
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across target industries
* Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Prepare tailored proposals, quotes, and presentations
* Negotiate contracts and deliver revenue growth targets
* Collaborate with operations and project teams for seamless service delivery
* Provide market insights to support innovation and service development
What We're Looking For
* Industry experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Toolmaking, Food and Pharmaceutical markets would be highly regarded
* You will have a trade or engineering qualification in related area
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Commercially astute with problem-solving ability
* Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel, nationally and internationally
