Marketing Together is currently seeking a talented and motivated Receptionist and Assistant Accounts Employee to join our thriving team.
**Reception Duties**:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
**Assist the accounts team in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and reconciliations.**
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage invoices, payments, and billing.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- Basic understanding of numbers with the ability to use Xero and or Learn how to work the software easily.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
