About the Role
Assistant Manager at Iron Horse Inn, located on Main Road in Cardiff. Base salary of $74,000 plus bonus and team benefits. This role leads the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What you'll do
* Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time.
* Manage day‐to‐day operations of the venue – opening and closing, back‐of‐house administration, recruiting, rostering and assisting guests.
* Bring passion for good food and create moments that matter for our guests.
* Be creative and develop and grow the business through your own initiatives.
What you'll need
* Hospitality or retail leadership experience, ideally across food, bars and gaming.
* Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi‐skilled team.
* Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets.
* Highly developed customer‐service skills.
* Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications. Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming for NSW is preferred, not essential.
