About the Role
Step into a vital support role as a Patient Services Officer, delivering high-quality, confidential administrative, customer service and data entry support to clients, staff and visitors. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate patient records, coordinating appointments, managing correspondence and supporting smooth day‐to‐day operations across the service.
In this role, you will ensure records and data are maintained in line with required standards, contribute to admissions and discharge processes, and provide professional frontline service by responding to enquiries and liaising with staff and external providers. You will also support administrative functions such as preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and maintaining systems and supplies, while contributing to quality improvement initiatives and promoting a positive, safe and collaborative work environment.
About You
* You must have a high level of competency in the use of computers, word processing and office administration processes and procedures.
* You must have sound work processing and data entry skills.
* You must have experience in providing administrative and clerical support services.
* You must have the ability to develop spreadsheets using the Microsoft Excel application.
