Your Responsibilities
* Deliver intensive case management and facilitate behaviour/education interventions for students at risk of disengagement.
* Work with students, families, principals, and community organisations to design and implement individual support, transition, and behaviour plans.
* Provide strategic advice through data analysis to strengthen student engagement and improve educational outcomes.
* Build inclusive and culturally responsive practices for First Nations students, students with disability, and culturally diverse communities.
What We're Looking For
* Strong experience in case management, education support, or youth engagement.
* Excellent relationship-building skills with families, schools, and service providers.
* High-level communication and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
* Background in education, social work, or youth justice.
* Familiarity with Queensland Department of Education policies and procedures.
* Experience leading change in complex environments.
Mandatory
* Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* Current driver's licence
* Willingness to travel
* Work some after-hours
