Job Description
The role involves working as a Business Analyst to assist with the technology renewal of the whole organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strategic lens and be able to communicate with key stakeholders across the organisation to gather an understanding of the current state and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to provide concept, feasibility analysis and non-functional requirements for initiatives.
* Elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business systems, processes and policies.
* Develop business and process requirements, QA proposed solutions and test scenarios.
* Support third-party suppliers as needed.
* Foster collaboration across business lines and between stakeholders by removing roadblocks and enabling open conversations.
Your Key Skills & Experience
* Experience working as a Business Analyst in a complex, highly regulated environment.
* Broad systems experience with a strategic lens.
* Ability to develop business solutions across teams in a hybrid/agile environment and across multiple vendors and business groups.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to promote team collaboration.
* Experience using Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Agile, Confluence) and MS Visio, Lucid Charts, Enterprise Architect or other process modelling solutions.
