Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the sales team across all sales activities.
* Contribute to building campaign proposals that meet client needs.
* Generate and analyze reports, including MOVE, Fusion, Agile, to inform business decisions.
* Coordinate with clients on campaign site lists and photography agreements for seamless delivery.
* Collaborate with Trading & CTU to select campaign sites and prepare advertising contracts.
* Analyze post-campaign advertising results for the sales team.
* Assist Account Managers with Salesforce opportunities updates and closure.
* Track bonus delivery agreed upon by salespeople.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong administration skills.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Effective problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
* Able to multitask and work independently with self-management and confidence.
* Customer service orientation is essential in this role.
