This well known Federal Government organisation is undertaking a major program of work involving multiple projects spanning several industry-leading technologies, including Salesforce as a core component.
So as a Salesforce Operations Engineer, reporting into the Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational activities that keep their Salesforce environment healthy and available for developers across multiple initiatives. The role focuses on executing standardized procedures, monitoring environmental health, and ensuring smooth environment operations while working alongside the Platform Enablement & Operations and Environment Delivery teams.
This role can be performed in any Australian capital city

You will bring to the role:
- Australian Citizenship with ability to gain Baseline Clearance
- 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce Operations or Administration
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce sandbox management and refresh processes
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and CLI commands
- Experience with deployment tools and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
- Experience in environment-related issues management, including triage troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation
- Understanding of Salesforce metadata types and deployment components
- Experience in government or large enterprise environments
