As a crucial part of our logistics team, the Goods Receiving Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the products they need to maintain fire safety and protection.
About the Role
This position involves working closely with the Trade Counter team to provide excellent customer service, process orders accurately and efficiently, and maintain a safe and tidy branch environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Offer exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Process orders correctly and promptly, including picking and packing stock.
* Ensure the shop floor displays and stockroom are clean and organized at all times.
* Deliver goods to customers using a company vehicle.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Prior experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
* Able to work varied shifts, including weekends.
* Hold a valid driver's license.
* Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
