Skills & Attributes
Tertiary qualifications in teaching and the relevant subjects
Registered to teach in South Australia or eligible to obtain registration
Understanding of and commitment to Christian education
Desire and skills to participate in the school's pastoral care programme
Desire and skills to participate in the College's co-curricular programme
Ability to respond positively to the pressures of a modern classroom
Set high standards for student learning and personal performance
Deal effectively with administrative details of the position
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Highly developed interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity
Commitment to principles of equal opportunity and workplace safety
