About The Role
1. Lead and manage daily department operations to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance

5. Spend quality time on the floor to lead by example and gain valuable customer insights

About You
7. Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Area Manager or similar, ideally in Retail or Department Store environment
8. Strong people leadership skills with a 'hands‐on', collaborative approach
9. Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, meet KPIs and manage performance effectively
10. Customer focused with superior customer service skills
11. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail operations
12. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
