About the Role:
As a Front of House or Bar team member, you'll be the face of the venue, welcoming guests, serving drinks and food, and making sure every table has a great time from start to finish.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Guest Experience: Welcoming guests, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks with high energy and care providing an exceptional experience.
* Bartending: Mixing cocktails, pouring drinks, and managing a clean, organised bar (for bar roles).
* Table Management: Maintaining clean, well-set tables and assisting with resetting between guests.
* Upselling: Recommending dishes, drinks, or specials to enhance the guest experience.
* Teamwork: Supporting your teammates across the floor and bar to keep the service flowing.
* Venue Vibe: Helping create a space that's upbeat, professional, and customer-focused.
About You:
