We are seeking an experienced supervisor to join our Training Department, on a full-time basis for a fixed-term period until 30 June 2025 to cover a period of parental leave. We are seeking to appoint an experienced supervisor to join our collaborative and dynamic Training Department on a fixed-term period until 30 June 2025 to cover a period of parental leave. This is a full-time position based at our head office in West Melbourne with hybrid working available. This role will share the leadership responsibility of the Training Services team, which oversees administration and client service functions within the college, supporting emergency medicine trainees as they progress through their training program. This opportunity will involve leading and managing the Training Services team in conjunction with other coordinators to oversee the customer service and administration functions within the department. The position will provide high-level administrative support to stakeholders, including managing the enrolment of trainees, special considerations, and recognition of prior learning processes. We are seeking applicants with supervisor experience in administration and/or customer service, as well as strong oral and written communication skills with great attention to detail. Intermediate-level Excel skills and experience with databases and records administration are also a must-have for us, whilst experience with Moodle and a student/membership database is advantageous. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities whilst providing leadership to assigned team members. On-the-job training will be provided to develop a sound understanding of the ACEM Specialist Training Program to assist in providing accurate advice to stakeholders.
