About the Role:

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
About You:
* A Degree in Occupational Therapy with current registration is essential.
* Postgraduate experience working with aged care clients in community settings is highly valued.
* A comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models is necessary.
* Excellent communication and computer skills are required.
