Job Title: Loan Services Officer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Loan Services Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer loan accounts and transactions on the branch delivery system.
The ideal candidate will possess strong financial transaction experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment or autonomously.
* Key Responsibilities:
* You will attend to financial transactions for customer loan accounts and work collaboratively with other teams as required.
* This role is responsible for internal customer transactions, requiring attention to detail to achieve success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience: Operations Processing & Servicing centre practices and financial transaction experience or experience with a similar loan system.
* Skills: Sound communication and relationship building skills, proactive, innovative, prepared to deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrated ability to work within tight timeframes, excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise, able to work effectively in a team environment or autonomously, high level of literacy skills, highly accurate approach with strong attention to detail, ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner, ability to prioritise, monitor and organise workflows.
* PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of the National Credit Code and Code of Banking Practice.
