Three Kings and a Queen Real Estate is expanding and we're seeking an experienced Property Manager / BDM located in Western Sydney.
The role involves managing property portfolios, building and maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating property maintenance and inspections, and overseeing tenant communications.
Additionally, the role requires a focus on business development, including identifying growth opportunities, fostering partnerships, and maximizing revenue potential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage part of the end-to-end property management tasks: leasing, inspections, renewals, maintenance and arrears
Support leasing activities: enquiries, inspections and applications
Prepare documents such as tenancy agreements, leases and reports
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and trades
Source and secure new managements via local networking, referrals and prospecting
Conduct rental appraisals and prepare management agreements
Ensure compliance with NSW Residential Tenancies Act and Property & Stock Agents Act
Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
Experience in Property Management, including portfolio coordination, operations, and tenant communications
Proficiency in Business Development, including identifying opportunities, building relationships, and implementing growth strategies
Strong negotiation, organization, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of NSW real estate regulations and market trends
Familiarity with property management software platforms
NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (required)
Minimum 2 years' experience in property management within NSW
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
